I've had an annoying little cough for the last few days that I could tell was about to turn into something bigger. So before I went to sleep last night, I rubbed three drops each of Cedarwood and Eucalyptus (which I always have on hand for a dozen other things) onto my chest and neck. I slept great and feel better today!
I'm thankful for simple, inexpensive tools that help me stay on top of stuff like this. Because... mamas don't get days off. ❤️💪
TIP - I diluted these with a pump of V-6 because I love their aroma. YL oils are really pure so they soak into the skin very quickly. The carrier oil slows down their absorption and helps their aroma last a lot longer!
